We brought Cybernetics in to conduct one-on-one phishing awareness training for our key staff, and the sessions were exceptionally impactful. The training was interactive and scenario-based, using realistic examples that directly related to our work environment. Throughout each session, participants were asked targeted questions and walked through live examples to ensure they truly understood the warning signs and decision-making process behind identifying suspicious emails.
Even experienced team members gained new insights into social engineering tactics. The structured Q&A approach reinforced learning and kept everyone engaged. As a result, we’ve seen increased vigilance, stronger reporting habits, and greater confidence across our organization when handling potentially malicious communications.
